Subject: Opting Out of Arbitration

Email Body:

Hello,
My name is [INSERT FULL NAME HERE].
My postal address is [INSERT POSTAL ADDRESS USED TO VERIFY ACCOUNT HERE].

My email address is [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS USED FOR ACCOUNT CREATION HERE].

As is my right under the terms of use I am opting out of the arbitration agreement included in the terms of use. I am opting out of the past arbitration agreement, the current arbitration agreement, and opting out of any future arbitration agreements in perpetuity. I am opting out of the forum selection clause, choice of law clause, and the class waiver in the past, present and future in perpetuity as well.

Opting out legally, and according to your own terms, does not impact my ability to play on your site or receive free SC from the AMOE.

WHY SHOULD YOU OPT-OUT OF
ARBITRATION?

When you opt-out of arbitration you protect your legal rights to be heard in a court of law in front of a judge and jury. Arbitration is essentially a private court to resolve disputes outside of a public court.

Sites like Chumba Casino, Luckyland Slots and Global Poker use agreements to arbitrate to keep disputes hidden away from public eyes. Also, they know that arbitration agreements can potentially, and temporarily, increase the cost of suing them.

So, they use arbitration agreements to hide their illegal activites and protect themselves.

It doesn’t matter if you’re playing on Chumba Casino, Luckyland Slots, Global Poker, or on all 3, you should always opt-out of arbitration!

Regardless of if you’re playing with your own money, sending in letters for “free Sweeps Coins”/AMOE, or a mix of both you should always opt-out of  arbitration!
